Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which applies only to unused and saleable items in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at palautus@adelactive.com. We will provide you with additional instructions and the necessary code for the return.
Please note that for international returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will inspect the condition of the items before processing the return, so please make sure to pack them neatly in their original packaging.
Please note that we do not refund items that are not in their original condition or are returned after 14 days from receiving the shipment. Returns are typically processed within 2-4 business days, and the payment will be refunded using the same payment method used when placing the order.
If you return part of your order and the total value falls below the free shipping threshold, a 5.90€ shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
It's essential to remember that failing to collect an order is not the same as returning it. A handling fee of €10, which covers postage and handling, will be charged for uncollected shipments.
If a product is lost, damaged during delivery, or does not match your order, please report the issue as soon as possible to info@adelactive.com.
If you return the entire order, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Please note that the refund process to your bank account may take 1-4 business days.
