- Please note that we do not refund items that are not in their original condition or are returned after 14 days from receiving the shipment. Returns are typically processed within 2-4 business days, and the payment will be refunded using the same payment method used when placing the order.
- If you return a part of your order, and the order total falls below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct the shipping cost from the refunded amount.
- It's essential to remember that failing to collect an order is not the same as returning it. A handling fee of €10, which covers postage and handling, will be charged for uncollected shipments.
